After reviewing the guidance around selecting a sliding scale option, use the dropdowns to choose an option.
If you choose 9 installments, you will be charged 9 payments, once a month starting today until 9 payments are completed. If you choose One Time Payment, you will pay your full payment on signup.
Please note that for Monthly or One Time Payments with Options 3, 4 or 5, a 3% credit card processing fee will be reflected in the total.
If you select “Paying with SNAP/EBT”, you will be charged $0 when you check out now. Please go through the check out process as normal, to reserve your spot. You will receive a form from PNW CSA Coalition for you to fill out. They process SNAP payments for Seed to Table and will charge your SNAP/EBT card each month.
