Assistant Farm Manager for 2019

This is an amazing opportunity to become a part of the Central Oregon food system. 

High School Student Internship

Each year Seed to Table selects up to six high school interns to learn about sustainable agriculture, feed their community and experience life on an organic farm. This internship is 15 hours a week and participants receive a scholarship for completing the program.

 

Volunteering

FARM WORK VOLUNTEER DAYS: Thursdays from 9am-Noon STARTING the week of June 10th

We love volunteers and we love teaching people who come out to the farm! Please be mindful that we have over 1,500 students we teach out on the farm including daily adult training sessions. It takes us time to train volunteers and set you up for success, if we have students or other events out on the farm we will not be able to take volunteers. Thus it is recommended you come during volunteer hours on Thursday . We will be available for open volunteers, and visits each Thursday from 9am-Noon starting the week of June 10th. If you would like to be a consistent weekly volunteer in the summer for our harvest days, each Wednesday from 7am-Noon, please contact Audrey@seedtotablesisters.org. We always need a lot of help including leading field trips from elementary school students, planting and more. Email Audrey  if you are able to commit to Wednesday harvest days.

Rogue Farm Corp Farmer Training Program

Each year Seed to Table hosts up to two individuals seeking to learn about farming and educating their community about nutritious foods. We are a host farm through the Rogue Farm Corps, which is an innovative adult farmer training program. Housing, food and a small stipend are provided along with college level courses each week and working under some amazing farmers and educators.  Check out RFC and the Seed to Table Farm Bio to learn more!
