Sign-Up Details

• We offer sliding scale pricing and three payment options:

  • Pay with SNAP/EBT

  • Monthly payments

  • One-time payment for the full season

• If you choose Monthly Payments, you will be charged 9 payments, once a month starting today.

• Please note that for Monthly or One Time Payments with Sliding Scale Options 3, 4 or 5, a 3% credit card processing fee will be reflected in the total.

• If you select “Paying with SNAP/EBT”, you will be charged $0 when you check out now. Please go through the check out process as normal, to reserve your spot. You will receive a form from PNW CSA Coalition for you to fill out. They process SNAP payments for Seed to Table and will charge your SNAP/EBT card each month.
