Holly Haddad

Holly has a 25-year background in food systems development, nonprofits, and the good food industry. She served as the Associate Director for FamilyFarmed and the Executive Director for Chefs Collaborative. She also contributed to research at the Program on Agricultural Technology Studies at the University of Wisconsin, managed new program development at a Community Action Program in Washington, conducted Community Development Corporation research in Washington D.C., managed national farmer training programs as a consultant, and served on the National Advisory Council for the Women, Food, and Agriculture Network as well as on the boards of Slow Food Chicago and WorldPulse. When not exploring local foods across the U.S. and around the world, she tends to her overflowing spice cabinets and humble garden. She especially enjoys sharing the wonder of seeds, critters, vegetables, and cooking with her nieces and nephews.

Audrey Tehan

Founder | Farm Director

Audrey Tehan (she/her) founded the Seed to Table program in 2013. Audrey was born and raised in Sisters and comes from a family of ranchers and farmers. Growing food using practices that sustain both our natural resources and our community have always been an important aspect of Audrey's life. After high school she worked on multiple organic farms in the US and abroad. She graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Environmental Studies, focusing on Politics and Conservation Biology.

Inolving kids in education beyond the classroom has also been at the forefront of Audrey's focus as she has worked with kids and adults in experiential education for the past 12 years. Audrey's studies and farming experiences reinforced her belief that being involved in growing food can be a pathway to living long, healthy lives and connecting with those around us. Audrey is passionate about the Sisters community, and has had a life long aspiration to start the Seed to Table Farm in Sisters. She is excited to be serving her community in this way, and looks forward to connecting with you across a row of veggies in the garden!

Hannah Joseph

Programs Director

Food is at the center of Hannah’s life - the way she builds community and makes sense of the world. Hannah (she/her) holds that food is at the intersection of every social justice issue, and believes that through food education, we can leverage real change in our communities.

Hannah grew up in Spokane, Washington and recently returned to the Northwest after spending time on the east coast. Hannah taught gardening and cooking at public elementary schools in New York City. The success of these programs hinged on community trust, engagement, and joy. She loves seeing curiosity in students - young and old - when seeing the garden grow or tasting an unfamiliar food for the first time. Many of her classes in the garden and kitchen sparked connections between students’ new experiences and their home cultures. Hannah believes food educators have the opportunity to highlight community knowledge. Hannah is thrilled to contribute to the Seed to Table team and to learn from the Central Oregon community - working towards a more just food system.

She brings to the board over thirty years of experience managing legal matters nationwide for international corporations. Sheila and her husband, Mark, have lived part-time in Sisters since 2010 and became full-time residents in 2020. Linda Vigliotti

Board Vice Chair

Retired- Global Account Manager

Linda retired to Sisters in 2021 after 30 years in the apparel industry, global sales and owning a small business. After witnessing the hard work being done at the farm, Linda found herself wanting to engage more with the Seed to Table organization. Embracing S2T’s mission of working with the community to provide education and fresh local foods, she is ready to roll up her sleeves as a board member. Linda believes that an understanding of nutrition and good food should start at an early age. If our youth have fun learning about planting, harvesting and eating nourishing vegetables, they have a great start towards a healthy future.

Fran Willis

Fran brings many years of experience in business and community development to Seed to Table , as well as years working with Oregon nonprofits and foundations. They have watched and supported with appreciation as Seed to Table began with programs in the Sisters Schools and has grown to offer education, connection, outreach and fresh veggies through the organic farm, the Community Table, Sisters Farmers Market, local food banks and hands-on student education in classrooms and on the farm, to benefit a growing diverse population. Fran is honored to help the team of staff, volunteers, donors and partners doing this life-changing work!

Mirka Jablonski
